1Our services

• We provide sponsored articles, business features and listings, banner ads, network-wide publishing and social media amplification across the websites we operate.
• The exact scope, sites, duration and price of each order are set out in your quotation.

2Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing (including by email or messaging) and we receive payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3Payment

• Payment is due before work begins and before any content is published, unless we agree other terms in writing.
• Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.

4Your content and approval

• You confirm that all materials you provide (text, images, logos, links, claims) are accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to use them.
• We will send content for your approval before publishing. Once you approve it, you are responsible for its accuracy.
• Requests for changes after approval may be handled at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

5Editorial rights

• We may edit content for clarity, style, length and compliance with our guidelines.
• We may decline, suspend or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringes the rights of others, or is unsuitable for our readers. If content is removed because it breaches these Terms, no refund is given.
• Sponsored content may be identified as sponsored or partner content.

6Publication and duration

• Content stays online for the duration stated in your quotation.
• We may maintain, redesign or restructure our websites. Where possible we will keep your content accessible, but page addresses and layouts may change.

7No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of readers, views, clicks, search rankings, enquiries or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

8Intellectual property

• You keep ownership of the materials you provide and grant us a licence to use, edit and publish them for your order.
• Articles we write for you may be shared by you through links to the published page. Republishing the full text elsewhere requires our written consent.

9Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you confirm your order applies to that order.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
